  1. I talk about the Liverpool Desistence Project and how they interviewed men leaving prison and asked them to describe their lives. They found a common theme in the stories of men who succeeded.
  2. I write the six common themes in the stories of men who succeed on the board.
  3. We discuss each, and compare to the work we've been doing in the class.
  4. I talk about how we measure success in our lives, and brainstorm some of the ways we can measure success other than money and power.
  5. I talk about money being a by-product of other goals, rather than a goal in itself.
